Case Expedite Potomac
I submitted a case expedite request for my i130 application submitted June 13th, 2023 with no updates so far. I requested the expedite based on the request from my company to move to the US within the month. I uploaded the proof and all of the evidence under the unsolicited evidence in my USCIS account and called a couple of weeks after I submitted and the agent said it’s now with a Tier 2 agent. A day later received a message in my account that my inquiry has been transferred to Potomac Service Center and to allow them 30 days for a response. Anyone have experience with a case expedite with Potomac and how long they typically take?

second EAD approval
hello, yesterday I made a post that my case is taking longer than normal. My EAD expired along with my DL in April. I filed for second EAD, and today I checked lawfully and it was approved. My I-485 is still pending 1002 days today. Is my second EAD approval good news? in regards of my I-485? maybe they will pay attention to my I-485 now 😭

yesterday my I-130 approved at 12 months
approval was found on my husband USCIS in document section …. Today I logged into my account and it show my I- 130 says 14 months , i’m wondering if my I-485 is already approved just no updates yet could it be possible #greencard

Got approved after PD becoming current this month
My priority date became current in July, got approved in the third week of July after I-485 became CRP since April.
PD: February 2023
I had expedited I-131 and I-765.

vent post. I have tried to ask Emma what’s going on with my case for weeks. every time I talk to Emma I get “disconnected” and then have to start all over again. always down. why does USCIS have all these “technologies” and NONE OF THEM WORK. 485 remaining time 3 weeks and 130 is 12 months? MAKE IT MAKE SENSE AT LEAST.
also wtf is going on with cases at 400+ days? do they think I’m a Canadian Accountant / Spy? I came on an L1 with a global accounting firm and met my husband 9 years ago. WHAT IS GOING ON?
I don’t believe in God but I think I’m gonna start praying because my frustration is now through the roof.
