my i-130 was approved today after 2 years of waiting. I was sent a RFE for a new medical for them to make a decision on the i-485 so I am in the process of getting that done.

has anyone ever gone through the office of the Congressman for an expedite request processing and received
“Good news, USCIS has approved the expedited processing of your I-131 application for Advance Parole. and the last paragraph

What does this mean? It’s a bit confusing.
