I-131 Expedite Request Approval email (CONFUSED)
has anyone ever gone through the office of the Congressman for an expedite request processing and received
“Good news, USCIS has approved the expedited processing of your I-131 application for Advance Parole. This means that your case is now in the hands of an officer and is moving forward more quickly than usual. While this does not guarantee an immediate decision, it does mean your application is being prioritized for consideration.”,
and the last paragraph
“Congratulations on the favorable outcome for your I-131 application, and we wish you all the best as you prepare for (your trip).”
What does this mean? It’s a bit confusing.

they approved your expedite, now they’ll take care about your case and process faster. maybe you can have an answer about your advance parole in 1 month.

I got my I-131 approved 1 day after my expedition’s approval. so stay tuned.

And how long does it take to mail it to you? Mine it says yhe card is produced but not available tracking number

@Aurora Culi I am in the same situation, some say it takes 4-7 days after approval and 3-4 days after they produced. mine got approved on 20th Aug, I am expecting it to be delivered today 🤞

@Mor Cost Hii, how long did it take for your I131 to get approved, or to hear back from them. I filed for one in July I’d to know how long the timeframe is. and btw the service center is Washington DC.

@ I went through my Congresaman in Charlotte and within a week I got the email of approval. My service center is Nebraska.

@ I filed for my mom in June and got the receipt letter in July 12( that it was received) I’m desperate to have my mom come to the US. but nothing is working
