Hi all; pls I have a question.
if you have a pending vawa and already listed your kids who are back in your home country as derivatives, do you just go ahead and fill out form I-485 for them or there are other forms that needs to be filled with it?

@God is faithful D Good morning love, you can only file i485 if your kids are present here, after your vawa is approved, you’ll file form i824 for them to transfer your approved documents to the NVC the process for getting them here is through consular processing, after USCIS sends the case to the NVC they will contact you. hope this helps stay prayed up
