notice returned - HELP!
can anyone help me with what’s going on? I got an update on my case status saying that USCIS sent me a notice which was returned by the post office. it also asked for me to request a copy of this notice via the e-request portal which I did. I also called in and an agent told me she would put in an e-request as well. so I just received a response from USCIS vermouth center in my email saying they cannot respond to my inquiry at this time. ofcourse I’m panicking so I called the contact center again and I’m being told they cannot put in another e-request until after 30 days. like what? so I tell the agent that if this notice is for an appointment I could miss it. he says he can check that for me so he checks in his system and says the notice is not for an appointment or biometrics or an approval either. so now I’m freaking out like what could the notice be for? I’ve been waiting for an update on my case for almost 3 years. I also recently moved so idk if that’s the issue? can someone tell me what notice that could possibly be? what else can I do?

New Card Is Being Produced Oct 02, 2024 On October 2, 2024, we ordered your new card for Receipt Number MSC24*******, and will mail it to the address you gave us. If you move, go to www.uscis.gov/ addresschange to give us your new mailing address. PD: July 2022 DFilled: June 2024 I want to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude to everyone who has supported me throughout this journey. Your encouragement and guidance over the years have meant the world to me. Today, I am thrilled to share some wonderful news that I recently received from USCIS. After three years of navigating this process, I’m happy to announce that my new card is being produced! October has certainly brought some much-welcome news, and I hope it brings similar positive updates to all of you who are on a similar path. Thank you again for your unwavering support.
