Contacting a live agent?
Hi, Emma is useless. Has anyone had luck with a live agent. I am mostly concerned about an I - 131. I am at day 201 since applying.

@Kingsley B my I-131 standalone case was approved on sep 26, status changed to card was produced on sep 27,after that no update,waiting for the document
