Wishing you all best of success. It is indeed my year of recovery. I am thankful to post this update with my fellow colleagues on this journey. We understand the pain of waiting, the hopelessness sometimes and every depressing word you can think of. But when you eventually get that "case was approved ", it sheds a new light on the pain you went through to get to the finish line. I'm entirely grateful to God for this blessing. Asylum decision pending
Asylum decision pending since January 2026 Hi everyone! I’ve been waiting for my asylum decision since January 2026. I’ve sent USCIS multiple inquiries, and my congressman also submitted an inquiry, but I haven’t received a clear update. A few days ago, I received a letter stating that no decision has been made and that they will email me once a decision is available. I was originally included in my parents’ asylum case, which has been pending since 2021. My case was later separated from theirs, and I was called for an individual interview. My parents have also been waiting for their decision since January. The uncertainty has been really stressful. Has anyone experienced a similar wait after their interview? How long did it take to receive a decision, and did anything help you get an update? I would appreciate hearing your experiences. Thank you!

Hello, community! My VAWA case has been pending since October 2022. No RFE, and I receive Prima Facie renewals every six months. My case is based on psychological abuse (I prefer not to share details, as I still struggle with it). My evidence included: * Photos together. * Two-year joint lease. * Joint car insurance. * Psychiatric evaluation documenting depression and panic attacks related to the relationship. * Five affidavits from U.S. citizens who personally witnessed what I went through. I constantly worry whether this is enough evidence. we never had bank accounts together because finances was part of the abuse. For those who have filed VAWA, especially based on psychological abuse, what evidence did you submit? I’d love to hear your experiences! ❤️ #vawa
