Advance Parole Expiring Soon will I be considered out of status?
Hi
I am a dependent of Green Card holder and my i485 is still pending applied through adjustment of status. I entered US in Jan 2026 using Advance Parole through my combo card. My online I94 shows that my Advance Parole is valid till end of this year. Do I need to do anything if I am residing in US and waiting for my i485 approval?
