Long wait but GC approved and received without an interview! So it’s all worth the wait! Hang in there fellows, worry less, enjoy your day! It will happen when its supposed to happen. what does that mean? does it mean that we have to schedule K1. isa interview at the embassy before that date? please help. My fiancee will graduate in June 2023. can I schedule the interview in January for example? or since the notice expires in december, the interview has to be prior to the 9th?

Hey guys, our case was approved soon to be a month ago. In our NOA2 it says that NVC will send their letter to us within 2-4 weeks. Is that something I can trust? I have been seeing a lot of people waiting longer than that. Thanks for the help and insight in advance!

TPS approval
I just got my approval notice from uscis. I want to apply for Advance Parole even with my removal preceedings by middle next year but my tps expires next year December. I am wondering if my Ap will be approved before my tps expires. Any advice will be greatly appreciated 🙂#please
