Once your case is at nvc does it take 70 days for your interview to be scheduled or it takes 70 days just for nvc replying "you must do your medicals and in 2weeks your interview is scheduled..."

about 60 days for nvc to review ur papers. and they will let you know “documentary qualified” and tell you to wait for interview schedule. interview is then scheduled accordingly to the embassy’s availability for interview.
