GC through marriage (Spouse US citizen)
Long wait but GC approved and received without an interview! So it’s all worth the wait! Hang in there fellows, worry less, enjoy your day! It will happen when its supposed to happen. Last year this time I was all worried and wasted a lot of time worrying, I wish I had the patience and the will to make the most of my days. Good luck y’all!

Thank you all! Rfe was regarding more proof that we are together(photos, renewed lease, bills and stuff) and a Florida durable power of attorney is what they requested.

it is a 2 year conditional GC.. it is a temp Green card have to file i751 removal of condition on Green card before 3 months of expiration...your journey has just begun...phase 1 is over phase 2 ie 10 year GC is yet to be gone thru..good luck!!

One and a half year of marriage! 2 year conditional GC. Yeah 10year GC after! I don’t know what was the reason they asked for a durable power of attorney! But they needed that as per the RFe.

My spouse and myself! I don’t know as it wasn’t mentioned, just that they wanted that!
