Finally Approved!!! Now awaiting the GC EB3-2 approval!! 🥳🥳
Some comments: I have requested expedite on Dec 22nd. It took 2 weeks for USCIS to contact me. Expedite was received, but an official was supposed to call me to request documentation related to family financial loss or to approve without any evidence. Anyway, processes filed on June 2021 were already getting approved, so perhaps that was the reason of the approval without any evidence.
Another comment is that my wife applied on the same day, similar numbers, but we did not request expedite. Therefore her process is not approved yet. So we are going to request expedite today.

Hopefully, Nebraska center will start processing NIW I-140, as I am afraid to use EAD without I140 being approved first.

I had a marriage based GC interview on November 2nd 2021 and on December 31st 2021 my spouse form i130 got approved. However form i485 still remains on “My case must be reviewed” . It’s a green card holder petitioning for a spouse. Has anyone experienced this kind of situation where i130 got approved and i485 still being reviewed?

marriage problems
2 months after my 2 year green card , my us citizen husband is packing his bags to leave . he said I married him for green card he’s going to call uscis and report me for fraud . he has serious anger problems, very controlling. I have secret videos of him yelling at me and me crying in the closet . I don’t know what will happen

Hey guys! So excited my I-485 finally got approved after such a loooooooong wait, and renewing EAD every year.
Quick Question: Do I need to fill out another i9 verification with my employer because my temporary EAD card may now be invalid?

Finally my case got approved!!! I had applied i-130 and later i-129f i believe it helped. Got notification that i-129F got cancelled but the i-130 status was same when i checked online saw i-130 approval notice without

Keep Patiently Waiting! 🎁
It has been eight months since I last held my husband face to face, and it’s been hard. All the while I come to this community of people and spread joy and hope and encouragement (and got some backlash because people don’t understand my faith). I look for miracles, expect the impossible, feel the intangible, and see the invisible!
Only the sky is the limit to what I can have! I believe this same for you who are reading this right now. In a matter of days I moved from actively reviewing to my case being sent to NVC. I encourage you all to be patient and live life while you wait for your spouse or whatever the petition may be.
