Keep Patiently Waiting! 🎁
It has been eight months since I last held my husband face to face, and it’s been hard. All the while I come to this community of people and spread joy and hope and encouragement (and got some backlash because people don’t understand my faith). I look for miracles, expect the impossible, feel the intangible, and see the invisible!
Only the sky is the limit to what I can have! I believe this same for you who are reading this right now. In a matter of days I moved from actively reviewing to my case being sent to NVC. I encourage you all to be patient and live life while you wait for your spouse or whatever the petition may be. Be patient but diligent in your efforts to not only work this process to the end but to also enjoy the process. God Bless!

@C K @ C K check out this YouTuber: https://youtu.be/kPdpQWIyEzg and anyone sharing on “how to expedite immigration petition”. You can also go to USCIS.gov/forms/filing-guidance/how-to-make-an-expedite-request. Most use legal help, but if you have what it takes to do it on your own, then definitely give it a try. I had an RFE for my I-130 spouse petition. I used USCIS Policy Manuals, Foreign Affairs Manual to develope my RFE and provide the necessary supporting documents for a stronger case. Maybe you could use this information to develop your request to expedite the I-730. Start at USCIS first to know what to do, then use the policy manuals to strengthen your knowledge and make the request. I am not a lawyer, but I love researching. Best wishes to you.
