Greetings, i've got no update since my case was approved & sent to department of state back on Oct 2021, just wounder if there something I should do or just wait until NVC contact me ?

just wait. They will send you a welcome letter with your case ID and invoice ID to create an account to pay the fees and upload the documents they will need.
