Hello everyone , I’m back again and I need a professional/ honest advice. so I applied for my EAD and AP combo card back in April 2021, January 2022 my EAD card was approved for 2yrs duration but AP denied for reasons Uscis saying they exercise discretion issuing AP, (but it’s not my first AP , I’ve received 2 combo cards in the past as I wait for my I-485)meanwhile I’ve gone for my stoke interview still waiting for response . Now my question, is it advisable to apply for a motion to to reopen/reconsider the decision on AP or just wait for decision on my I-485?? thanks

Good day everyone. April 2, 2021 my husband’s petition got approved. I can’t file for an adjustment of status because I need to have a waiver for my two-year home residency requirement. And up to today, I am still waiting for its (waiver) approval. My question is, does an approved I-130 expire? It wasn’t forwarded to the NVC since we stated that I will adjust my status here in the US. Thank you.
