No I didn’t file I485. it took 2.5 years to get interview letter

so when you gonna file I 485?

Interview date is on February 14. After 9days

@lucky singh congrats brother. i applied i130 7 jan 2020. i didnt get approval yet. any idea if other people are getting approvals from vermont i130?

I guess vermont is slow right now. I have heard many people haven’t got approved for a long time in case of LPR

guys what about California service center? so when you going to file I 485?

how long you get the letter after it changed on the wedside ? it been a months and i haven’t get my letter

@Shiba, for consular processing, you do not file I-485. That is for people who are in the US already only.

@G B but he said received interview date at Kathmandu US embassy that mean someone is coming from Nepal well that’s what I guess

@Shiba, no idea unfortunately. My PD is 7/6/20 at California SC and I have no movement on the cases. California SC is one of the slowest. Hopefully we all get good news soon.
