call uscis customer service then say infopass and confirm the status of the application, you can ask was the application approved? was the card production (greencard) ordered? just to verify because sometimes USCIS online status does weird stuff.

I have seen that happened to other cases…. Ask Emma to talk to live agent, when they connect you to live agent, ask live agent- what is my status on my case? They will tell you….

wow for family based?!? how incredible. Some people have such strong cases, I can see it. There are Americans that live abroad with foreign spouses, have kids before ever applying for green cards so I can see interviews being waived in certain circumstances. I saw some positive statements put out by uscis in the past week so I’m glad to see it coming around full circle. big congrats 🎊🍀🎊🎉🎊

I feel like cause they see that they made a mistake making us 2020 wait so long worse when spouse is an citizen or for the people married a long time. I hope in my heart mines get waived my husband is a citizen married 5years and waiting 537 days for 10 year green card on my second work permit just got approved this week Congratulations

I just received a notification from USCIS that I was approved and my card was generated. We started the process in early 2020 with the K1 visa. No interview was required for my case and Dec of this year will be year two that we are married. Not sure how they decide which interviews to waive.
