After 1 hour of Intense questions during the interview , I left the interview feeling so overwhelmed because this is my 2nd time filing as the first one was denied. I got home and got a call from the us government.. it was my interviewer calling to ask me some questions.. he then said he would call back if he had additional questions.. called back an hour later and asked a few more questions.. then asked to speak to my husband. then told him everything looked good and our case was approved and we should expect the card in the mail.
God is so good,… keep faith and he will never fail

13 months - Case Approved - Derivative still pending
We filed the I-140 together with the adjustment of status on Dec 2020. My Green Card was aproved in January 25, 2022. NO EAD and NO TRAVEL PERMIT was EVER APPROVED. Medicals were requested in October 2021 and we immediately sent them in. As of today, the derivative spouse is still pending.
Sharing for all those still waiting without EAD or stuck without travel authorization. Good luck, your GC will come.
Btw: I am an immigration attorney, being petitioned by a law firm and I still hired another lawyer to file my applications.

My CR1 NOA1 came from Nebraska. Emma has always said that my case was in Vermont since day one. My NOA1 for my K3 and my NOA2 for my I-130 all came from Vermont too, so it makes sense.
Today (08/FEB) was my first being actively reviewed for my I-130 form but I checked my documents tab and there it was, my gorgeous NOA2. My status hasn’t changed to approved in lawfully yet.
I am SO HAPPY!!!!!

I just got I-130 approved and next step to fill I-485 vis USCIS of immigration court since I still have Master hearing asylum court. Do you have any experiences and experiments to this scenario. I’m really confused what I should do since both court and Uscis have delays.

I-131 and I-765 filled separate. Will be a combo card?

I’m looking if someone else is in the same situation as me.
I filled I-485 and I-131 together in one envelope. Days later I filled and sent the I-765. Under myUscis, I-485 and I-131 are linked (concurrent filling).
A couple days ago my I-765 got approved (card being produced), but I-131 hasn’t changed.
Is there anyone else that filled and sent the forms the same way as me and still got a combo card?
