Changlais CP you should wait until you get your 10 year green card. Right now you hold the " conditional green card".

married since 2015 in africa . the wife apply I130 for him to Come in USA . his is in USA SINCE 2019 steal married. the wife is citizen Since Last year.

yeah 3 years since you received your conditional green card. And the 10 year green card is given to couples who've been married for more than 2 years.
