I will advise terminate in court then apply with uscis court is really unpredictable they might keep postponing your hearing but with uscis at least you’ll be on a queue

I had same condition…..my Lawyer was able to write to terminate the court hearing and it was dismissed, now I’m waiting for my i130 to be approved so I can file for i485. so do as TM advised, good luck 👍🏽

yes I can but I heard that attorney can switch you with other person who has early case at the court .

@ Ramiero not terminating your asylum, my asylum is still running but my court hearing was dismissed.

same boat here , my lawyer told me to wait until we get approved for i130 and i 485 , that’s what i did. i just got approved for i130 and i485 now I’m waiting for my green card soonest i comes he said we’ll send them a copy and file to drop the asylum case.

@Edwin I think it depends on your case but not necessarily. You can or not get an interview for I485.
