went to the interview today at atlanta field office. waited for 40 minutes for the office to call me and my wife in for the interview. she was not very fiendly no small talk straight aftrer the oath that all i saybis truthfull. asked simple questions like how we met and if any changes in job or other things we said yes we moved jobs she just asked about the pay and asked us to give her some more proof like joint bank account insurance etc.. and that's it after we came out within 30 minutes my case status changed to underreview and card is being produced. good luck guys

VAWA- EAD and travel approved
was nervous with covid happening and watching processing times increase was very unsure whether the first two parts were going to make it within time frame... I kept looking community for answers and it looked bleak... im not sure if delays are case by case as VAWA is/or can be hard visa to get because of the proof of evidence that needs to go with it upon submission. Please try not compare yourself too much with others.
May 2021 submitted VAWA > received prima facie in July 2021 > Biometrics in August 2021 > Biometrics added in September 2021 > EAD and travel approved and being sent out Feb 2022... im totally excited- after 7yrs of enduring abuse and still enduring (from a distance) im so happy!
**due to circumstance my case is being looked into for possible expedite.

Hi all,
Finally the biggest day has came! We have GC marriage base interview on Monday at Newark.
ı am wondering that can we carry our cell phones and leave it at the center to someonelse?( we are going to office by Uber)
and that interview is going to be happen with my husband and they will seperate us?
Any idea?
Also after approval how long does it takes to recieve the card in my hand?
