Been a rough 6-7months but my journey is almost over. my case was approved yesterday. Got the notice of approval in the Documents section. Status on Lawfully hasn’t changed yet, neither has the status on Case Tracker. Waiting for NVC letter. TSC, USC, also sent in I-129F on the 26th of January, 2022.

very happy to inform finally our case got approved. Although it was a very stressful journey. Im really very thankful to this group for all the support. Im not sure what helped in my case but below were the steps we took in last few days.

someone in this forum suggested to submit FOIA request as most of the may2020 cases got stuck. After I submitted the request within 4 days our case got approved.
I hope we dont need to wait long to get the actual card in hand.
