congrats. what does it mean Eb1-3? was your case transferred to NBC? if yes, when? Mine is Eb2NIW with i140 approved,?and i485 transferred to NBC 11 days ago.

Eb1 C/Eb1 3 category. It was at NBC from the begining. Another friend of mine with the same timeline and category got approved this month. Good luck!

i140 - Oct 2020 to Jun 2021. RFE was sent in Mar 2021. About 8 months for i140

@wel better - It’s month 8 so hopefully soon.
@Gab - I submitted medicals with the application against my lawyers advice and thank god i did which saved time on RFE

@Jay S ,hw much time it took for I140 approval? and post that how many month 485 was approved Mynr EB13 concurrent filling it’s been 8 months no news on I140, Bio completed on 12/01, EAD/AP received

Thank you @Valeria and @v cek - It is MSC219158... however, it doesn't work like that i guess. It all depends on processing center and workloads and a dash of luck. Many of my peers and friends who applied 2-3 months after me got it a month before me. It's crazy. It works though. All your anxiousness will be gone once you get it. Sending positive vibes! @pankaj - It was a while back. Don't remember the details but if you get it you shouldn't worry about it too much. Work with your lawyer. Long road after i140.
