I -485 Approved, card mailed (10 yrs) Asylum EAD Renew , card mailed (2 yrs).
Positive words for Encouragement purposes. As our faces are different so is our destinies. I still have a pending asylum which I had my EAD for. But it got expired in January/2022. I have filed for renewal before it got expired. How ever it wasn’t approved until last week and card mailed (2yrs) which I have handy already. Last week still my I-485 was approved 14 months after interview and green card has been mailed (10 yrs). It’s up to me now to leave the asylum in the system or withdraw it since I have my 10yrs Green Card. I have worked minimum jobs all throughout this period and couldn’t afford for lawyer fees, so I had to do research on these stuffs by myself and filed every paperwork by myself. The nature of your case is never too complicated as long as everything you do is legal according to immigration laws. The least the officers can do is make you wait for longer periods to if they can find a crack in the case. If not eventually you’ll be approved. Stay strong and keep your Up. Your time will come and the joy will overflow. I hope this message touches someone and make them have the courage to hang in there till the very end. God bless you.
