the case status on uscis still shows actively reviewing but the documents tab has i130 approval notice.
I also filed I-129f but no action on that.

@ Jasmin surti - I’m waiting for California, we uploaded literally everything including loads of photos from over the years. I’m hoping to get a straight approval and no RFE. I’ll have to go through NVC, medical and interview at London embassy, so I’m a way off being reunited with my husband yet.

129f applications need to be transferred to VT center than CA center. They seem to have more time on hand.

I applied I-129F November 2022, are you saying fiancés are able to apply I-130?

@aiyla there is two ways to apply for the I129F the K3 for fiancés and the K4 for spouses. if married you can apply for the I130 and the I129F K4.
more often then not for spouses the I130 is approved before they even start working on the K4
