Did my interview today, received the "case must be reviewed " just after and now I got the approval notice. I'm happy, and hope the best for everyone.

had my interview today and the officer told us that the case was approved on the spot! super excited and feel very lucky and blessed :)

EAD approved after multiple expedites through Emma/ombudsman/congressman/senator
I originally expedited on 03/07, did not hear back so on 03/17 an agent put in a new/follow up request. On 03/23, we were asked for evidence and faxed it the same day. Had 2 follow up calls with tier 2 officers. Last one was last Thursday, he put in a follow up request.
Simultaneously, the ombudsman expedited for us last Monday. I believe the congressman’s office did too (they asked for our evidence last Monday after not hearing back from them for 1 month), and senator asked for our receipt notice yesterday, so maybe they submitted it too.
But we never got any expedite approved, I even asked an agent on Emma about the expedite status 5 minutes before we got approved and she said there was no response, also no response to the follow up from Thursday.
We are over the moon happy :)
Our expedite reason was that my husband has a job offer and we need him to start working so that I can accept my PhD offer (deadline is this Friday so it came right on time), since my PhD stipend would not cover our living expenses.

C8 Renewal - Potomac
Hi all, hope you all doing well. I wanted to ask if someone had the same experience. My EAD was approved through expedited request last week on April 5, the status changed to "Card was sent to produce" . Today my status changed to "on April 12, the card was sent to produce". Has anyone had the same issue? I'm not sure what happened, first it says on April 5 now it says April 12.

I-485 approved , filled in 11/23/2018
What a surprise yesterday, checked case status, and finally saw that USCIS approved our case.
We filled on November 23th 2018 the I-485 got transferred many times to different SC. Still can’t believe. I hope to get the Card in the mailbox soon, so we can travel again. was stuck in the US for the last 18 months.
I-485 Pendind but Renewal I-765 Case close due to benefits recieved.
My current I-765 is about to expire. I filed Renewal I-765 2 month ago. i just got a decision on Renewal application saying that case close due to benefit recived by other means
My I-485 case status is still pending. i check my case status it didnt change. I check with USCIS customer service. They told me nothing
Did anyone had face same situation.

The officer was nice, here are some questions she asked: (that I still remember)
dates of my entries and the reason
how and when I met my husband
the basic timeline of how our relationship develops
when did we start living together
how was our wedding
do we plan to buy a house in the future
do we plan to have kids
I followed the notice and prepared a folder with the front page that listed everything in order. I also printed out 34 photos that captured important moments in our lives. The interview was 15-20 minutes long and we were approved the same day after we left.
