Hi, can someone tell me what to do, my case is at the nvc and they requested for a joint sponsor. I sent them everything except the persons green card which has expired and he has already applied for the renewal. On Monday, NVC, sent me a message that I need the unexpired green card of the person and I should upload that one. Also, that’s the only way he can prove his LPR status. So my question, right now, I have another person who has all her documents that NVC is requesting, but I don’t know whether I should state on the form I 864 that she is the only joint sponsor, first or second joint sponsor because of the first person I uploaded his documents. Can someone help me with this, please?
EAD replacement
Hi lawfully I lost my ead and AP so I request a replacement it took 30 days to get approved, for me it was super fast because I was told that It could take months.
You don’t have to pay anything if the EAD is not going to expire, just send the fees from your previous application, photos, the partial portion that you received with your card where you can see you card number and that’s it

hello everyone, my moms documents are currently at NVC (since two weeks ago) I think I have another 60 days for DQ (hopefully everything is good and no RFE happens). does anyone know how long is the wait in Serbia ambasadu for IR-5 visa? on visa when it says that is 1.1 month behind and that there is only 6 cases on backlog.
approved 20 days after verbal approval
My I-485 has finally been approved. I received a verbal approval at my interview on 6/24 and was told that the card would arrive in two weeks. It didn’t but today my status changed to ‘case has been approved’.
I can definitely say that waiting was no fun! I wish everyone who’s waiting a speedy approval!
update: my I-130 got approved later on this afternoon.
