@harry B Honolulu field office. I’m not sure about the 5 year or 3 year rule I’ve been in the United States for 13 years now. but I’m sure you can file after 5 years.

Hi Loude, 5 year rule is for everyone when you want to become citizen 3 year rule is only to individuals who married to US citizens spouse to get green card
