I just wanted to share our timeline for our I-130. I am a US citizen living abroad in Ireland with my husband.

Actively reviewing: February 25, 2022
We tried to expedite in November but it was denied.

December 30, 2022 RFE response received
December 30, 2022 actively reviewed
December 30, 2022 Notice of Approval- found in our documents 🙏🙏🙏 (status on the website has not updated to approved yet).
Change of status
My I-130 case got approved in November 2014. I with my immediate family have been in the USA since 2019, I entered the USA on B1/B2, got it transferred to E2, could not survive due to COVID, and had to transfer my visa status from E2 to F1 . Can I file I-485?
one of my son has crossed 21 years of age and studying at UT Austin, other son is 15 and a grade 11 student in New Jersey. please guide me.
My interview coming up and I got a notice from ceac asking for a document.
My interview is coming next week and I got a notice from NVC that I need to upload all forms w2 of my sponsor. I already uploaded the most recent ones. Would this push my interview date? is this something that happens? All my documents were accepted and my interview date was issued, I dont know why I got this notice to submit another document.

Finally, I had my i485 interview on Dec 12th, the officer was so nice he asked us a few questions & we got approved instantly, all my case status now says ‘approved’ feel free to ask me any questions.
