filing i-751 section 8
hello guys. I am trying to file my i-751. my wife and I are divorced. I am wondering if my ex wife should sign section 8. I have heard different accounts. some tell me she should, some say she shouldn't. does anyone have experience with this?

if you are divorced, it is largely assumed your wife won’t be playing any role in your I-751. She wan help with the proof of bonafide marriage but not the actual part of filling the form
