I-130 Finally Approved!
I would like to share my I-130 timeline with the community here hoping that it may be helpful to some of you guys.
-US citizen filing for a spouse living abroad.
-The case was received by the Potomac service center, and was later transferred to the Vermont service center.
-P.D. : January 24, 2022
-Case is being actively reviewed : January 30, 2023
-Case was approved on January 31, 2023 (Approval notice sent by the Vermont S.C.)
- No K3
I guess the case should be on its way to the NVC.
Does anyone know how long it takes to receive the welcome letter upon approval by U.S.C.I.S.?

Work Permit approved after expedite request
Submitted expedite request on Jan 10 on humanitarian basis. Received USCIS acknowledgement on Jan 27, and this morning status was updated to approved! No RFE.
Feeling so grateful today. Stay patient, you too will get there. #i765
