Good morning immigration family! Lawfully has helped my husband and I so much on our journey that it wouldn’t be right if we didn’t share our timeline! We had our adjustment of status interview yesterday (July 29th) and were approved on the spot! It feels so surreal hearing the words “You’re now a resident of the USA” and both my husband and I were soooo overjoyed! Our lives finally get to begin the way we want it! We can’t wait for the continuation of our journey! If you have any questions please feel free to ask! (also does anyone know the average of how long it takes in the mail?)

just a question out of curiosity

Does getting your I360 approved guarantee that your i485 must be approved? In other words, is it possible for one’s i485 to be denied while the i360 is approved? Does anybody know?

My I-130 was approved!!

I’m so happy!!! All my family is traveling outside the US, and my 5 year old son called me today asking me when I would be able to join them at the grandparents house. I said soon, but I wasn’t aware of the good news.I’m ready for the next step. Good luck for all of you guys! I485 approved with out interviews

i am very confused and surprised after a year of struggled with any update on 485 or i 130.Today just got notification that my I485 has been approved and they will mail me a card . My question is that :why there’s no interview conducted? what will be the next steps? should i talk to uscis agent about the interview waived? FO: Sacramento,CA PD: 05-19-21

I-485 finally approved EB2NIW

I had a double update on the same day. - New card is being produced, and - Cas was approved. I'm so freaking excited because I waited a year and 2 months for that. how long it will take for my green card to arrive to my house? any idea? my case was transferred in March from TX to NBC #EB2NIW my I-130 and I-785 are still pending, not going to need them now apparently 😅

finally it’s approved. emma told I might get interview and I should not contact them till oct 2023 but by God’s grace 485 got approved today. thank you all for your support. timline: august 18 :- submission October :- biometrics July 29:- new card produced
