I recently got this notice and before that, I thought my case would retrogress so I signed up for a masters degree. school resumes in 2 weeks and I am expected to report for work as soon as I get my card. should I defer my schooling for my employer or stay in school for at least, 1 semester? I

Marriage based interview waived
so I just spoke to an agent and she told me that the local office (Boston) has waived my interview on July 13 but I see no updates on my uscis account or haven’t received a mail and nothing in the document section. has this happened to anyone or does anyone know what the next step is?

Hi there, experts. I have a question to ask. I want to know what year I should be expecting the interview call from NVC. I know right now is retrogression going on, so it’s going to take a while. Any rough estimate if, as of now, the retrogression law is reversed in the new fiscal year October then how long it will take to get an interview call from the embassy.
