Those with NBC service centre a lot are seeing interviews waived this days. Is the new trend.

there’s another forum saying there are 3 different agents and one of them didnt say the interview is waived. next thing he got interview schedule. regardless though we still need to be prepared :)

What ever comes we are ready. But I do see a lot of people cases being approved and card sent out to them. USCIS has 9 million cases in backlog and they are racing to cut that down.

@nat cpkvn I did received a courtesy letter not a RFE. Uploaded it and placed in a call to USCIS which they said was ok. They however advised I hold on to the sealed copy. When they need it they will request it. If not, they will approved my case.

they reopened my case after approving my 485 and 130

did you call them to check what’s going on? and how do you know they reopened your case?

actually i received it later today by the time i call they were closed so maybe tomorrow i can catch them and ask

they updated in my 485 that they reopened my case@MS

no update and also they moved my case to diff office for this particular activity

nick sage, did you call them and asked what’s going on with the case? and which office they moved your file to? I am in a similar situation, my case got transferred from Sacramento office to El Paso field office.

i called them many times just got one answered “they are working on your case and will send you notice for the next step or extra documents if we want from you” they moved my case from Sacramento office to LA when i asked why it i got transferred since my FO is Sacramento they said LA office is working on your case so now i have no clue whats going on with my csse to be honest

yes tier 1 agents do not give helpful information at all. very frustrating. do you know when they transferred your case? mine is 40 days already with no news.
