case Approves in June
Hello everyone, I have a case that was approved in June, but here's my reason for coming here today.
Always check on the processing times to see if the USCIS has changed wait times. I say this because, the case I was pursuing was filed on April 25 2021 abd was at Texas service center, awaiting about 23.5 months of wait time.
But in may , USCIS changed wait times in Texas from 23.5 to 7.5 then layer to 5 months .
just because I was always checking, I was able to notice I could send a service request , which got the case approved within 4 weeks from the request.

hello everyone, my GC just approved while I’m out of USA with advance parole. my question is shall I return with advance parole or I need someone to courier my GC.

IR1 green card instead of CR1
Did anyone get IR1 green card instead of CR1?
I got 10 year green card last year. I entered the US in May 2021. My 2nd wedding anniversary was on July 3rd 2021 and I received IR1 green card in August 2021.
Question is am I supposed to get 10 year green card or 2 year green card? Please help!!

case approved but didn't receive NVC notice
I need help with that my case is approved by uscis and they send me approved and said that i must submit form 1-485 but i concerned with my lawyer he said that wait for nvc notice...they will send case no and receipt than we submit form i 485 but we didn't receive any notice from nvc. i have received approval notice from 3 months. i didn't understand what i try to do.

Hi everyone!
I want some information regarding I 485.
I would like to change from I 130 to I 485. Can anyone tell me how long it takes approximately for approval of I 485, this is going to be a huge step cause I won’t be able to travel to my home country see my parents and siblings. With a heavy heart and firm conviction I would want to proceed with I 485 due to financial issues in tuition fees.
please anyone who has same process from I 130 to I 485 share your experience 🙏🏻

so I did apply for both of 130 and 485 at the same time and I already attended the interview, but today I just got 130 approved while 485 still pending, do you know please how long it will take to get approved??
