Did you get a rfe for your case? I filed in around the same time but got rfe on my 485 and that might delay my EAD😥

I expedited on the 30th of July ,but didn’t get any mail so I called them back on Monday and ,they told me the case had been transferred to an agent who was assessing it.No RFE was requested.

@Jolene XU, the RFE would affect your EAD cos same thing happened to me and they asked me to respond to the RFE before any of my cases could move forward! EAD inclusive!
