F4 mexico why is taking for ever
I am a F4 from Mexico from 1999
my i-130 was approved in 2005
I apply for adjustment of status in march 2022
in march 2025 receive my work permit.
but why i haven't received my green card?
anyone now much more do I have to wait? visa bulletin said they are in 2001 now my time already past.

Dis anyone move after getting the extension letter for the conditional green card and need to travel internationally? I noticed that my extension letter has my old address and I am concerned about the information that doesn’t match when coming back to US. Is this going to be a problem?

congressional inquiry
so this is my second time reaching out to congress to do an inquiry. The first time they did USCIS sent me a NOID, now second time I got an email from the congress office with a pdf form that my husband need to sign a PRIVACY RELEASE FORM . They never request him sign anything the first time, now wat is so different this time?

I got a NOID concerning my previous marriage from 8 years ago and the inconsistency from our previous interview. I didn't get a green card from this marriage but my former attorney didn't withdraw my case as requested so that brought up concern because I apparently missed an interview + plus my old roommate said she didn’t know my ex husband 2 years ago when they interviewed her . The problem now is I don't have proof from from my previous marriage, I do have an email that I sent to my former attorney requesting he withdraws my previous case. I have now been married for almost 5 years with two kids and moved across state and recently filed for a writ of mandamus and I am sure that was what brought the NOID. has anyone experience this before? I have an appointment with my attorney tomorrow and when we spoke today he doesn’t seem concerned but I am really worried

hello I received email stating that we have taken action on your case and needs your attention on 8/8, but there is no update (I checked document tab) today I asked Emma if there is any update, but live agent told me there is no update.
I saw a lot of post, and it often leads to RFE, but I do not have update for 3days. anyone has experienced this before?

update my case has been reopened!
So I received a notification from lawfully stating that my case has moved from received to decision and when I look it says they finished reviewing my motion to reopen and mail me a decision but I can’t see it it was granted or deny. does anybody know what that means?

I filed an I-130 petition for my wife in January 2023, and I’m still waiting for a decision. I’m starting to get really anxious about the long wait.
How long does it usually take to get approved? What happens after the I-130 is approved?
If anyone has gone through a similar experience, I would really appreciate any advice or tips that could help me during this waiting period.
