you are free to travel out of the united state with your refugee travel document and return back safely as long you don’t have any criminal record you are fine the law has not yet change i know alots of people travel with their rtd and came back

@Naveed Zazai I think its normal they sent a notice after 140 days and its returned as Post Office was unable to deliver I don’t know for what reason
