@S L , @Omer s RFE was an initial evidence on the abuse. it’s a Vawa case, it has been 4 years since i got my conditional green card. i can’t apply for the citizenship until next year

my lawyer has advised me not to go for citizenship until I have my 10 year, and it is divorce
