traveling
still married and living with the abuser and i am a green card holder thru vawa, i want to travel to my country but im afraid of getting stop by cbp near the border and question about my case while traveling with the agresor, the abuser didnt let me travel alone with our children, no car or money to go alone.
What should i do?
My case is real , pictures of abuse, psychology evaluation, letter testimony of friends, bank records for financial abuse ,and i got GC interview and everything went well
No RFE while waiting for vawa
