Hi yes i Got denied in 2022 Reson was not responded To RFE then reapplied my Case then still waiting since 44 months and Response Them 4-5 RFE

one of my friends case got denied and he did apeal. USCIS can’t locate the bank account, lease and documents. all the submitted documents are original but they are saying its fake and case got denied. appealed andcase is under process its been 3 months

They denied me stating that no description was on the pictures along with dates, address discrepancies etc....Nip picking...So I got a lawyer. apparently my affidavit wasn't detailed enough. So they law firm helped me!

I'm March 22 with approval of expedition 10 months ago and no desition since then , no rfe yet. you said you have got approval of expedition? did they saw anything at the background checks? how long did you stayed together? I haven't stayed together long enough because I discovered him early that he was abuser so im very srressed

@Katrona Farrington I think there must have been a mistake, let us know how the appeal went. You never filed for divorse? Did you had an approved expedition before the denial or you just tried to expedite? I'm in a lot of agony and amxiety since your post , im a woman as well ,your clarification will help🙏🏻

@Good vibes For ever I think so to!. No I haven't filed for divorce. Yes my expedite was approved 07/25. My denial was 11/25...I will keep you updated. Since the attorney sent in the packet I haven't heard or seen any update🤷‍♀️

@faith faith the only thing we got is the receipt notice for the appeal back on December 16th. Still waiting
