I-485 transferred from Local Field Office to National Benefit Center
Hi Guys,
My I-485 case was transferred from NBC to a Field Office and has again been transferred from the field office back to NBC. Please has anyone encountered that? I had a chat with a representative through Emma and I was given the message below.
At this time your application is currently located at the National Benefit Center, as of today. Cases are transferred at the officers discretion. We do not have access to when
your cases are transferred. You will receive a transfer notice if your case gets moved. At this time your interview has been waived. We do not have access to when your case is reviewed. There is nothing needed from you at this time.
Continue to wait for the officer assigned to your case to finish processing your application. Every Case is assigned to an officer when received by USCIS. Each case is unique and some might take longer than others. We appreciate your patience at this time.

H1B Visa Interview in India - Client letter without issue date
I have an upcoming H1B stamping interview on Sep 3 . The client letter I received does not have a date. But it does mention the contract is till 12/31 and is likely to be extended. Will the lack of date on the client letter be a problem? I can carry a screenshot of the email in which client letter was shared which is Jul 22. I also have MSA and SOW.
