Case is Ready to Be Scheduled for An Interview
I just received this update from USIC.
I sent my medical on April 20 and a month later got this message.
Does anyone know when they will schedule it? Is it 100% guaranteed that I will have an interview?
I am praying to receive my card without interview

Form I485 base on approved asylum
My I-485 asylum-based adjustment case was pending at NBC for more than 30 months. Recently, a USCIS agent told me the case was transferred to the Boston Field Office even though I live in Illinois. Is this normal, does it happened with anyone and she told me that an officer looked at my case two weeks ago but i don't see any change in status yet

F1 to AOS by EB2-NIW is approved on 5/21/2026. The detailed timeline is attached. PD is May 2024 (regular processing) and was approved 10 months later.
I also applied for and received an I-20 extension while my AOS was pending. AOS was self-filed. PD got current for FAD on March visa bulletin (~3 days after the RD). I applied for EAD but did not receive it.

Hello everyone,
Has anyone got approval from Kansas City FO? There is a post circulating in Reddit where an applicant was denied as they were not able to provide the information that USCIS was asking for. The employer is Mc Donald’s and it seems like the applicant had not started work before the interview which USCIS has deemed as a grounds for refusal including the applicant having advance degree and other items. Also BDV’s legitimacy was mentioned in the denial letter it seems.
Does anyone know about this?
