How many months ago and local FO?

my lawyer said that it can take from 12 to 24 months and cant submit an inquiry before then

Procesing time for your I-485 counts from the day your vawa was approved

@T A who told you that? also,my I485 was transfered over a year ago

mine case was also April 2022 and i360 approved in January 2026 responded to medical rfe in May 6 now waiting over 70days for 485

@April 2022 same filing date but my I-360 was approved in November 2025 and RFE for medical was sent may 6th which today makes it 70days for my I-485. waiting for approval and hoping for Goodnews soon.

I have been waiting for more than 15 months, not even a medical requested yet.

Did you guys file form I485 after vawa approved? it’s faster for those who already had a case pending, it takes longer for for those who file only afterwards

@ayel yael I haven't internationally since though I do have advance parole. @Naya B. I did, mine was even before the vawa was filed.
