Hi guy,
i wanted to ask, does anyone know how can my citizen brother invite my aunt to visit us? its a 68 y/o lady, with no kids nor marriage ever, she helped my mom and dad raise us so we want to spend Christmas with her here. She's been to the us consulate a few times and they denied her visa saying she doesnt have a reason to go back to her country. we just want to put something there to let consulate know shes not staying and everything on her trip will be covere. please help.

Hello Everyone! After submitting I-260 form for alien relative, which I-864 form for Affidavit of Support do I need to file?
