Ok, so I have a question about how to file I-485
So last year my mother filed an I-130 for me while I was in the US, admittedly we didn't know we needed to file anything else after that and I recently found out that we need to file an I-485 and other supporting forms to get an Green Card
So I came to the US on a B2 class of admission and now I overstayed
Can I still file the I-485?
form i-765:
please can someone help me clarify something, when they say you case is likely to be process between a particular time frame what do they mean? this is because I just checked my case status and the prediction shows that my case is likely to be process between Dec 07 to Feb 05 2021. this is February 02 I still haven't heard anything from uscis. I don't understand why.

Provide the information about your credit history. Provide documentation as provided in the Instructions.
Yes. Provide a U.S. credit report generated within the last 12 months prior to the date of filing.
No. Provide a credit agency report that demonstrates that you do not have a credit record or score.
My answer is no
