Receipt Number
I mailed my documents on 12/26/2020 to adjust my status and received my receipt number through the mail on 2/10/2021. I know some people have to wait for long periods and the anxiety and all of that. I felt same too but I want to just encourage someone to be patient. You will receive yours soon too. Just wanted to help with my timelines. Gracias

Hi,
Me and my husband had an interview on 1/11/21 and I’m still waiting for a response from Immigration, I'm an American citizen I have a 21month old baby with my husband and we are married for 2yrs. He had two previous marriages. We still haven’t gotten any updates from immigration. Interview seemed to have gone ok besides the fact that the baby was very active while been there. Is this wait normal or should I be concern something is wrong?

If I have my child here in the USA from the islands and I’m a citizen and he has a visa. If he stay over 6 months here in the USA can I take him back home for 3 weeks and bring him back to the states after the 3 weeks?
I already started filing for him but it’s not process as yet so he might have to go home before the 6 months.

I sent out my form I-751 condition removal. I sent it out via ups next day delivery on the 21st of January and it was delivered by the 22nd at the Arizona location. when I tracked it, it states delivered @ 9:14am received by west. location: mail room. I’m kind of nervous because is over 2 weeks and I haven’t gotten a receipt and they haven’t cash the check. Do you think it was delivered at the right location?
The address i sent it to was.... based on how it states in the tracking slip;

I have a question regarding a case. I'm currently working on i864 (affidavit of support) but concern is that the case was filed for my wife only and we gave birth to a child in July 2020 in Pakistan. Also, I filed Child birth abroad (CRBA) so he will get a U.S Passport in a month or so at The US consulate Pakistan. I'm now stuck in i864 where I mention the amount of people I'm sponsoring. since I filed for wife only and we had a baby do I mention him as an "immigrant you are sponsoring" question or not. technically he will be a US citizen before his travel to the State but he still will be traveling with his mom who will be an immigrant. advice here please

it feels so good to be finally A permanent resident of The USA indefinitely , A new Start , For you guys out there panicking please don't be, Don't give yourselves problems as long as your marriage is real and not fake You'll received a green card , and also please , if you're going to an interview please practice your marriage date , your last names , date of births, where u met , why did you overstayed , practice all those questions with your spouse ,and pray god , with him y'all will get through everything!💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
