I-130 DENIED
Our case was denied because of just one piece of paper was blurry and we have to appeal it to Dallas Texas. what will happen next? this is so frustrating and too unfair that some applications doesn’t have any of this divorce termination papers

didn’t they ask for evidence before they deny it? because they usually ask for the evidence before making any decision

We received an RFE 3 weeks ago after that we send them the documents that they needed. Then they denied us because it’s says our marriage is not legitimate bc of my husbands past marriage termination is not complete

Dear, if your partner's divorce isn't cleared he can't marry again. Make sure the divorce is completed before new application.

No it was all terminated it was just a piece of blurry paper that they cannot read that we sent it thru email by photocopy which they asked
