what should I expect at my Interview for i485??.......I am really nervous
My interview soon approach and honestly my wife and I been together long but we haven’t take much pictures together because we hardly go out, it’s been work work and more work!!...... Our marriage is genuine but I hope the lack of all these things I see other people posting won’t stop me from getting my GC
Backlog is killing
Honestly I thought eliminating the green card backlog would be priority of this administration. The wait is killing and nothing is been said about the backlog ,maybe most interviews in the backlog should be waived or they should make it virtual like interview over video call. Otherwise I don't know how else how waiting times will be reduced. It's so frustrating, just thinking aloud...
Travelled on i-512L while my I-131 is in progress
I had to travel to India on I-512L (Valid until 7-Mar-2021) for family emergency in Dec'20 and I came back to USA in the first week of Feb'21.
At the Port of entry immigration check, CBP officer updated my class of admission as "DA" and I have H1-B validity until Feb'22.
Question:
1. Do I need to file i-131 again since I left the country on I-512L while my I-131 is still in progress?
2. Can I continue to work on H1-B?
