UPS package “lost” but receipts received
Hey guys! so I originally mailed out my I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 applications with UPS on 1/25/2021 and was tracking the package however UPS determined that the package was lost after 10 days of investigations. Based on this I followed up with mailing out new applications on 2/11/2021 and got receipts today indicating that my original package arrived on 1/25/2021 and that this was processing. How can I go about withdrawing the second application? Has this happened to anyone before?
I-130 approved after 4 years
My sister applied for her husband in April, 2017. USCIS just sent us receipt letter, other than that nothing in 4 years. We tried everything we could. From Congressman to senator, Ombudsman’s office nothing has worked. Finally, in December 2020 we filled Writ of Mandamus through our lawyer. After 7 weeks today we received notification from USCIS that our case has been approved. If you’re in similar situation like us you can try Writ of Mandamus (Google about it before you go for it).
Green card & H1B1 visa
I am US Citizen, & I already filed for my wife I-130 last month. My spouse is in India.
My spouse , she is a software engineer is also trying for the H1B1 visa lot for 2021.
Can we able to parallelly process both Green card application and H1B1 application at the same time.?
Please kindly suggest.

Email/text receipts received- check not cashed
I have received my receipts via text and email for my I-485, I-130, I-131 and I-765 last Thursday however, I have not seen the check cashed just yet. I’m yet to receive the notification in the mail which I anticipate will come this week. Is it normal to receive the receipts via text/email and the check not be cashed prior?
Processing time for Receipt Notice
So, My first application for I-485 was rejected due to missing one question answer. The first was send on Oct29 which was rejected on Feb1
So my lawyer send again the new form and my New I-20 with cover letter but everything else documents were same on Feb 19
So my question is How longer will I have to wait to get receipt notice for my refiling?Will I have to wait(3 months again) only after January applicants are issued receipts?
Or Will be it faster with the rejection cover letter?
Should we have submitted i485 with i130/i130a?

My husband is American, I am Canadian and will be home through the process. We submitted the i130/i130a last night. Should we submit the i485 as well? The goal is to be able to work as soon as everything is approved.
Form I-130 address

My wife and I submitted the I-130 form on the 26th January. I was looking at the form yesterday and I just realized that on part “provide address in the United States where the beneficiary intends to live” we forgot the number of the street. It will be a problem?
